You’ll oversee daily workflow, creative consistency, and output across all brand touchpoints—ensuring every visual speaks the brand language with clarity and style. From performance-led digital campaigns to striking OOH activations, this role combines creative leadership with commercial impact.

The Role
  • Lead and manage the daily operations and creative output of the Graphic Design team.
  • Oversee project workflows, timelines, and resourcing across campaigns, CRM, social media, and brand initiatives.
  • Establish and track measurable design KPIs to maintain high standards and drive timely delivery.
  • Conduct regular team check-ins, feedback sessions, and resource planning meetings.
  • Safeguard and elevate the brand identity across all channels and design touchpoints.
  • Build clear, efficient design systems, templates, and structured creative processes.
  • Review and approve final design output, ensuring alignment with brand tone and creative vision.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, ecommerce, and social teams to deliver cohesive, high-performing campaigns.
  • Oversee large-scale creative projects including OOH, pop-ups, packaging, paid media, and brand events.
  • Translate creative concepts into scalable, commercially effective solutions.
  • Stay ahead of design trends and emerging tools, driving innovation through regular competitor and inspiration reviews.
