As a Senior Graphic Designer & Creative Lead, you will lead creative execution across our global marketing activity, supporting projects from concept through delivery. We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer & Creative Lead who thrives in a collaborative environment and takes pride in producing high‑quality, on‑brand visual work.
In this hands‑on senior role, you’ll be the primary creative authority within the marketing team—setting visual standards, ensuring brand consistency, and translating complex, technical products into clear, engaging visuals for international B2B audiences. Working closely with the International Marketing Director and global stakeholders, you’ll play a key role in elevating our brand and accelerating campaign delivery.
If you bring strong design expertise, sound creative judgement, and enjoy owning creative direction with confidence and autonomy, this role could be an excellent fit.
What You’ll Do

- Act as guardian of the global brand, ensuring consistent application of brand guidelines across all regions, channels, and touchpoints
- Translate technical, product‑led content into clear, visually compelling materials suitable for international B2B audiences
- Partner with marketing, product, and regional teams to shape creative approaches for campaigns, launches, and events
- Design, maintain, and evolve core templates (e.g. PowerPoint, datasheets, internal documents) to enable scalable, consistent global use
- Adapt and localize creative assets for different markets, languages, and cultural contexts
- Review, refine, and elevate creative quality across all outputs, providing constructive guidance to stakeholders where required
- Manage and maintain asset libraries, ensuring strong version control, accessibility, and reuse
- Brief, review, and collaborate with external agencies or freelancers when additional creative support is required
- Occasionally support light motion graphics or video editing where appropriate
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support team goals and project milestone
