Role: Senior Graphic Designer

Location: London Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days WFH)

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience, with some flex)

This is a brand-new role, created off the back of incredible success, and it’s a brilliant opportunity to leave your mark in a business where every design matters.

About the Role:

As Senior Graphic Designer, you’ll be the creative lead across multiple exciting brands, delivering high-impact design across digital, social, print, packaging, and brand assets. Working closely with Marketing and NPD teams, you’ll bring bold ideas and a keen eye for detail to a business that values innovation and originality.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Owning the end-to-end design process for brand campaigns and assets
• Creating compelling visuals across digital, print, and packaging
• Collaborating with internal teams to develop standout brand identities
• Supporting product launches with creative campaigns and assets
• Ensuring consistency across all brand touchpoints
• Bringing fresh, trend-led ideas that elevate the brand experience
• Develop design concepts for NPD, product campaigns (both video and image), launches, collateral, events, and other brand initiatives, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and creative vision.
• Collaborate with marketing team to create brand assets for distribution across major business channels, including e-commerce, social media, and physical retail, while ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
• Design fresh and innovative video’s, digital and print materials, including web designs, infographics, brochures, case studies, and campaign collateral.
• Edit raw footage into engaging videos for various platforms, including social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube), TV, OOH, and websites.
• Execute different video styles and formats, with a particular focus on social content.
• Create and integrate motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance videos.

• A creative eye, strong typography skills, and high attention to detail
• Experience with packaging, campaign design, and digital assets
