Senior Brand & Digital Designer

Salary: starting from £35,000

Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm

Location: Liverpool (Hybrid, 3 days in studio)

Our team brings together designers, videographers, strategists, and marketers under one roof to create work that actually moves the needle. We’re now looking for a Senior Brand & Digital Designer who can bring both craft and thinking — someone who knows how to build a brand and then translate it across every digital touchpoint.

What you’ll do
  • Lead the visual direction across multiple client brands and Passion’s own identity.
  • Create brand systems — from logo marks and tone to typography, colour, and digital rollouts.
  • Design social media campaigns, paid ads, and website visuals with strong hierarchy and flow.
  • Work closely with videographers, paid media, and social teams to bring campaigns to life.
  • Maintain consistency and visual impact across all platforms and formats.
  • Present ideas confidently, take feedback, and push for better creative outcomes.
  • Contribute to pitches and concept development for new business.
What you’ll bring
  • 4+ years of agency experience working across multiple brands.
  • Strong portfolio showing brand identity work and real-world digital design (ads, web, social).
  • Clear understanding of marketing intent, audience journeys, and call-to-action hierarchy.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma (motion or After Effects a bonus).
  • Eye for detail, confident communication, and a collaborative attitude.
  • Curiosity, initiative, and a genuine desire to raise creative standards.
