A leading charity recruitment specialist in Central London is seeking an experienced Senior Grants and Services Caseworker to assess applications for financial assistance and provide tailored advice. The role requires strong understanding of welfare systems and excellent communication skills, with a salary range of £40,000–£42,000 plus benefits. Ideal candidates will have experience in grant-making environments and a compassionate approach to case management.
Harris Hill is delighted to be partnering with The Insurance Charity in their search for an experienced and compassionate Senior Grants and Services Caseworker.
Location: Central London (4 days office /1 day remote after probation)
Salary: £40,000–£42,000 per annum
Benefits: 20% employer pension contribution, life assurance, 25 days annual leave + discretionary closure days.

Experience in line management, partnership development, or programme management is desirable but not essential.
