Qualifications

• Registered GP with GMC
• Experience in primary care and NHS PMS/APMS contract awareness
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and appraisal

Responsibilities

• Provide a range of medical services as defined in the PMS/APMS contract.
• Make autonomous clinical decisions for presenting problems.
• Develop care plans and health education in partnership with patients.
• Participate in health research, audits and data collection.
• Support practice development to become GP registrar training site
