Job summary

Clyde Valley Group is seeking a Senior Governance & Corporate Services Officer to join our Corporate Services Team in Glasgow. You will be central to governance, compliance and corporate support, reporting to the Finance and Corporate Services Director and acting as our Data Protection Officer.

You’ll lead governance processes, support the Board and Committees, build relationships with regulators and partners, and manage a small team to deliver clear, robust corporate services.

Qualifications

• Strong governance, corporate services and compliance experience in a senior role.
• Confidence supporting Boards, Committees or senior leadership teams.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Good understanding of regulatory and statutory environments.
• Ability to lead, support and develop colleagues.
• Proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach.
• Integrity, sound judgement and commitment to improvement.

Responsibilities
