Qualifications

• 5+ years of Technical Program/Project Management in infrastructure or SRE.
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguous, multi-team environments.
• Self-motivated, independent, proactive; able to operate with minimal oversight.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact infrastructure and platform programs from planning through delivery.
• Translate incidents and plans into actionable roadmaps with clear ownership, milestones, and timelines.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on capacity forecasting and readiness for deployments.
• Evaluate workflows and drive improvements to increase efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
• Maintain proactive communication to surface risks, dependencies, and keep teams aligned across time zones.
