Job summary

Harbor is seeking a Senior Sourcing Consultant to lead global procurement initiatives from London, hybrid work model. You will manage key relationships across technology, HR, real estate, marketing, and professional services, and run RFPs and contract negotiations.

The role emphasizes stakeholder management, cost optimization, and adherence to global procurement policies within a cross-functional team.

Qualifications

Qualified to degree level; MCIPS or procurement qualification desirable.
Experience delivering large cost savings via global sourcing strategies.
Ability to influence global stakeholders.
Experience leading large, complex global procurement projects.
Experience presenting to senior leadership.
Strong understanding of procurement best practices and tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities

Identify and deliver cost savings and performance improvements through global sourcing strategies.
Lead strategic procurement sourcing projects end-to-end across real estate, marketing and brand, finance transformation and client management.
Act as procurement SME across their areas.
Collaborate with Procurement team and stakeholders.
Negotiate terms with suppliers.
Support initiatives to ensure compliance with global procurement policies.
