Job summary

CooperVision seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst to advance Global Quality and Regulatory IT systems from our Fareham site. This on-site role supports Quality Management and regulatory interfaces, delivering integrated business and information solutions and ensuring fit-for-purpose infrastructure across regional operations.

You will lead requirements, design, and project delivery, with emphasis on PLM, QA, and manufacturing processes, acting as a bridge between quality teams and IT.

Qualifications

• Detailed user knowledge and experience of Quality Management processes and systems.
• Experience in Manufacturing or QA environments.
• Extensive proven experience in Quality Management Systems (Agile PLM preferred).
• High IT literacy in concepts and terminology.
• Proficiency with Office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook and Visio.

Responsibilities

• Understand business issues and data challenges of the organization and its customers.
• Identify effective solutions to operational issues – transactions and information.
• Document, edit and review requirements, specifications, processes and recommendations.
• Develop functional specifications and system designs for new systems and interfaces.
• Evaluate local and global system proposals and provide analysis and recommendations to management.
• Provide expertise and problem resolution to functional departments on issues beyond their scope.
• Communicate best practice opportunities to leverage strategic advantages.
• Manage Quality Management system projects.
