Job summary

PrimeVigilance, a global pharmacovigilance specialist, is seeking a Project Management professional to lead contracted activities for clients, ensuring scope, cost, and regulatory compliance are met. The role involves coordinating PV teams, maintaining client relations, and supporting senior leadership with strategic guidance.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that all contracted activities performed on behalf of PrimeVigilance clients are delivered within budget, on time, with quality and in regulatory compliance.
• Support PV project teams as PV expert on contracted activities for PrimeVigilance clients.
• Provide support to Head of PM, Head of PV Operations and senior leadership on client-related activities.
• Oversee client and PrimeVigilance interests to keep project scope and timelines.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule and costs as applicable.
• Maintain good client relations and ensure high-quality work for each client.
• Be involved in issue escalation processes and client communications.
• Understand client PV requirements and ensure services address all requirements.
• Oversee project setup and maintenance activities, attend client meetings as required.
• Maintain oversight on client deliverables and associated tasks.
