We are recruiting for a Senior Global Partnership Manager to join our AWESOME Partnership Accounts Team!
As a Senior Global Partnership Manager, you will lead and grow high-value global partnerships that strengthen Merlin's brand, drive commercial results, and elevate guest experiences across our worldwide attractions portfolio. Acting as a trusted relationship owner for strategic partners, you will ensure strong delivery against agreed objectives, seamless activation across markets, and long‑term value creation for both Merlin and its partners.
You will manage a portfolio of global partners, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and leading annual and quarterly partnership planning. This includes negotiating renewals, scope changes, and new activation opportunities to maximise partnership value. You will deliver against commercial targets such as revenue, exposure value, and activation performance, using data and insights to monitor progress and identify optimisation opportunities.
Your role will involve overseeing global activation plans from concept through to delivery, coordinating input from Brand, Marketing, Digital, Operations, and Legal teams to ensure smooth execution. You will champion governance and compliance, provide clear updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, and develop frameworks and toolkits that enhance efficiency and consistency globally.
Additionally, you will identify new opportunities to expand partnerships across attractions, markets, and digital channels, using market trends and guest insights to inform future concepts. Supporting pitching and onboarding of new partners will also be part of your remit, including creative ideation and commercial modelling.
