Do you have a passion for shaping the future? This is a unique opportunity to explore white spaces to define what are the next generation of products for Tangle Teezer.
With a proven track record operating at senior manager level, you'll bring strong experience in leading end-to-end product development from concept through to launch. You will be happy working with ambiguity to define new product spaces and the role our brand can play. In this role you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of new product development for your projects, from shaping and testing concepts, through to successful product launch, you'll champion excellence at every stage of the product journey. Working cross-functionally is key with co-manufacturers, product designers, project management, operations, design, sales and ensuring best in class handovers to marketing. Your collaboration, strategic thinking, financial acumen and passion for consumers will be crucial in shaping the future. This is a global role and as such you will be working closely with our team based in the USA. Your experience will ideally be ideally within a consumer goods or FMCG environment. You'll work closely with senior managers and report directly to the Head of Innovation, playing a pivotal role in bringing bold ideas to life.
With a proven track record at senior manager level, you’ll bring strong experience in leading end-to-end product development from concept through to launch, with a passion for white space and exploring what could be possible.
(MUST HAVE) - You will be working directly on Innovation rather than NPD project management.
