We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Senior General Ledger Accountant to oversee and execute end‑to‑end general ledger accounting activities across multiple EMEA entities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely financial reporting in line with IFRS/US GAAP and local statutory requirements. Italian speaking is a plus!
In this role, you will lead key aspects of the month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close processes (including accruals, prepayments, payroll, and reconciliations), support regional and group reporting, and provide oversight on statutory financial statements and variance analysis.
You will also ensure strong SOX compliance, act as a key contact for internal and external audits, and collaborate closely with FP&A, Payroll, Tax, and Legal team.
You will play an active role in driving process improvement initiatives and best practices through leverage of technology and effective collaboration/communication, helping to enhance efficiency and scalability across the region.
