Fashion Personnel in London is seeking a Senior Girls Leisure & Performance Designer to join its design studio. You will lead the creation of trend-led leisure and performance ranges, from initial inspiration through CADs, tech packs and finished product.

You will collaborate with major high-street buyers and international merchandising teams, with the potential to manage a small design team. A strong eye for trend, colour, fabric and graphics, plus a confident presentation style, are essential

Qualifications

Strong girlswear or womenswear design experience.
Leisurewear, active or performance experience.
Excellent Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign skills.
A great eye for trend, colour, shape, fabric and graphics.
Strong commercial instinct and confidence presenting to buyers.
A positive, energetic personality who thrives in a fast-paced team.

Responsabilités

Create trend-led leisure and performance ranges from concept to CADs, tech packs and finished product.
Collaborate with major high-street buyers and international merchandising teams.
May manage a small design team and contribute to market-ready collections.
