Job summary

Red Rock Geo, part of Kingdom & Partners, seeks an Associate Director (CEng or CGeol) in Exeter with regular travel to Cornwall and across the South West and wider UK. You will provide Chartered technical authority, manage a discipline/office, lead complex projects and build senior client relationships.

You will mentor staff, contribute to strategic growth, and ensure safe delivery in line with health and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior geotechnical/geo-environmental consultancy experience.
• Chartered status and UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Lead as senior technical authority across core service lines: site investigation, geotechnical design, slope stabilisation, rockfall risk management and contaminated land.
