We are looking for a Senior Geological Engineer / Senior Engineering Geologist to join our team in the Midlands.
The ideal candidate will have around 5-6 years' experience within ground investigation and engineering geology and be working towards, or have already achieved, chartership. This role offers a mixture of site and office-based work, supporting the delivery of ground investigation and consultancy projects across a wide range of geological settings and ground-related challenges.
You will play an important role within our experienced geological team, taking responsibility for technical reporting, project delivery and the development of junior staff. Depending on your experience, you will also have responsibility for managing and mentoring a small team of engineers.
We are looking for an experienced engineering geologist who is technically strong, enjoys solving complex ground-related problems and is keen to continue developing their knowledge and expertise.
The successful candidate will be comfortable balancing technical delivery, project management and team development responsibilities. You will enjoy mentoring junior colleagues, building client relationships and contributing to the continued growth of the business.
