The Role

As a Senior Geo-Environmental Consultant, you will:

• Lead and deliver high-quality geo‑environmental assessments, including Preliminary Risk Assessments and Quantitative Risk Assessments for human health and controlled waters.
• Supervise and manage ground investigations, including soil and rock logging, and groundwater/gas monitoring.
• Produce detailed technical reports and support project teams in managing environmental risks.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and best practice, including planning and regulatory processes.
• Work collaboratively across disciplines and with clients to develop practical, sustainable solutions.

About You

• Degree in Geology, Engineering Geology, Environmental Science or a related discipline.
• Strong experience producing geo‑environmental desk studies and risk assessments.
• Experience managing site investigations and contaminated land assessments.
• Familiarity with UK regulatory and planning frameworks for contaminated land.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A full UK driving licence (preferably clean).
