Job summary

Rehlko seeks an experienced Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to lead generator installation projects across the UK and Europe. You will manage multiple projects, ensure safety, quality, and client satisfaction while coordinating engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Regular travel is required with expenses covered. You will monitor budgets and cash flow, build strong client relationships, and ensure compliance with ISO standards.

Qualifications

• Strong background in project delivery within mechanical, electrical, or construction sectors.
• Generator projects experience desirable but not required.
• Proven track record in budgets, schedules and client relationships.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with proactive approach.
• Proficient with IT systems and project management software.
• Confident communicator with strong organisational skills.
• Willing to travel extensively across the UK and Europe.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple generator installation projects from handover through commissioning.
• Attend project handovers and review scope, delivery and client requirements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Coordinate engineers, subcontractors and suppliers for efficient project delivery.
• Monitor budgets, financial performance and cash flow.
• Ensure ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 compliance.
• Maintain project records using CRM systems (e.g., Protean).
• Oversee purchase orders, invoicing and supplier management.
• Support development and appraisal of project administrators and engineers.
• Travel regularly to project sites across the UK and Europe (expenses covered).
