Recraft, based in London, is seeking experienced Research Engineers to develop and optimise AI models and push the boundaries of generative AI. You will work on large-scale generative models and contribute to production-ready ML pipelines in a collaborative, innovation-driven environment.

The role is full-time and on-site in the UK, with sponsorship for Skilled Worker visa offered to qualified candidates. We value excellence, experimentation, and impactful research that shapes creative workflows.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in training generative models (images/audio/LLMs).
• Experience evaluating generative models with qualitative and quantitative metrics.
• Strong proficiency in PyTorch and modern architectures.
• Hands-on experience building end-to-end ML pipelines from data to deployment.
• Strong software engineering skills, writing high-quality code.
• English at B2+ level, both spoken and written.

• Develop and train large-scale generative models and push AI capabilities.
• Design experiments to explore architectures, analyze results, and implement improvements.
• Continuously innovate by deploying new features improving user experience.
