We’re offering an opportunity for a current Morden Wharf employee — whether you're part of our driver team or operational support staff — to take on a Senior Garage Supervisor (Cover Role) on a flexible, as‑needed basis.

This cover role will support the existing team during periods of annual leave, sickness, or peak workload, and could involve working across other garages if required. It’s a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow their operational experience and take on more responsibility.

What the Role Involves:
  • Driver Support & Allocation: Assisting with scheduling and ensuring driver coverage for duties.
  • Daily Operations: Helping to manage garage activity, shift planning, and day‑to‑day problem solving.
  • Health & Safety Focus: Supporting safety practices, incident reporting, and D&A testing protocols.
  • Training & Inductions: Assisting with CPC training records and welcoming new drivers.
  • Performance Monitoring: Supporting service delivery standards and helping manage attendance or performance issues.
  • Customer Interaction: Helping with lost property and public enquiries as needed.
