  • Producing solutions to large, complex, and sometimes not well-defined gameplay problems.
  • Working closely and proactively with Design to come up with fun and engaging gameplay, and informing them of risks and opportunities.
  • Providing suggestions and feedback to other members of your team, including via code reviews.
  • Being a positive, active, and contributing team member taking broad responsibility for your work.
  • Communicating effectively with your Lead, your team, Production and other departments.

Qualifications & Experience…

  • Understanding of modern gaming platforms and experience developing software for one or more of them.
  • Experience contributing to the development and successful delivery of a commercial game title, preferably within a AAA environment.
  • Strong game design skills, with the ability to demonstrate your approach through previous work, projects, or portfolio examples.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experience with Unreal Engine 5.
  • Familiarity with Rocksteady titles and design philosophies would be advantageous.
