Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to identify risks, understand high-value users, and uncover insights through data analytics, including data sourcing, cleansing, pre-processing, logic development, model development, and visualization.
2. Develop and automate ETL processes, define and evaluate metrics, monitor key product metrics, and analyze root causes of metric changes.
3. Explore opportunities broadly, leveraging various data science methods to identify impactful projects, prototype solutions, and drive project completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
• At least 4 years of experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining custom ETL processes.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar programming languages.
• Experience with Big Data technologies such as Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Flink, etc.
• Strong data visualization skills using tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or others.
• Preferably, 4+ years of applying analytics, inference, experimentation, or machine learning methods in business scenarios.
• Experience influencing product decisions through data-driven insights.
