Job Title: Senior Funding and Compliance Officer

Responsibilities
  • Experienced in data input, interrogation, extraction, and reporting.
  • Proven ability to manage workloads and meet internal and external deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, for analysis and reporting.
  • Skilled in researching and interpreting complex policies and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Strong line management, communication, and employee relations experience.
  • Financially resilient with experience in budget management.
  • Managed ILR processes and Office for Students data submissions to meet funding and regulatory requirements.
  • Up to date with current funding methodologies and data protection standards.
  • Collaborative team worker, building effective relationships across the college.
Essential Qualifications
  • Education to level 3 or above and/or a professional qualification in relevant subject area or equivalent
  • Minimum of Level 2 qualification in English and Mathematics GCSE 4+ or C and above / CSE Level 1 / O-Level C or above / Level 2 Adult Numeracy or Literacy or equivalent
Essential Experience
  • Experience of working with data, including input, interrogation, extraction and reporting.
  • Experience of setting, managing and meeting internal and external deadlines.
  • Knowledge and experience of MS Office Applications, including Excel
  • Experience of researching and examining complex policies and regulations ensuring these are understood and adhered to.
