Job description

Our client is seeking a Senior Fund Administrator to support the administration of private capital structures, assist with client onboarding, and deliver exceptional client service. This full-time role offers an opportunity to work with complex fund structures while mentoring junior staff.

Job Duties:

  • Administer private capital structures, including funds and corporates.
  • Assist with establishing new structures and transitioning switch business.
  • Deliver exceptional service throughout the client life-cycle.
  • Maintain and develop client and advisor relationships.
  • Mentor junior staff under senior supervision.
  • Coordinate company secretarial matters, including board and shareholder meetings.
  • Manage fund operations such as investor calls and distributions.
  • Ensure accurate execution and recording of activities.
  • Escalate issues to line managers with proposed solutions.
  • Follow company workflows, policies, and procedures, suggesting improvements where needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar funds environment.
  • Understanding of quality client service.
  • Knowledge of financial services, regulations, and AML/KYC legislation.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail, deadline-oriented, and collaborative mindset.
  • ICSA, ACCA, or ACA qualified or studying towards certification.
