Senior Functional Consultant – D365 Customer Engagement (CE)

£70,000 – £100,000 + Benefits

UK-Wide | Hybrid | 3 Days Onsite (Nearest Office)

We’re supporting a globally recognised consulting organisation who are in a period of significant expansion across their Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement practice.

They are looking for a Senior Functional Consultant to play a key role in leading CE workstreams across enterprise-scale programmes, working with well-known clients across a mix of industries.

This is not just configuration and delivery. It’s a chance to shape solution design, influence strategy, guide customers through transformation, and mentor internal teams as the practice continues to grow.

What You’ll Be Doing :

• Leading functional workstreams from discovery through to deployment
• Working closely with client stakeholders, Microsoft, and near / offshore delivery teams
• Producing and presenting solution options (HLD / LLD)
• Providing functional leadership across analysis, design, testing, data migration & cutover
• Coaching and mentoring consultants within the CE practice
• Supporting on bids, demos, proposals, and wider go-to-market initiatives

What They’re Looking For :

• Strong experience delivering Dynamics 365 CE solutions in a consulting or partner environment
• Hands-on design and configuration experience across Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights or CCaaS
• Confident leading customer workshops and explanation of solution options
• Experience guiding workstreams and working with cross-functional teams
• Comfortable engaging with C-suite and senior business stakeholders
• Power Platform understanding (Power Apps / Power Automate) is beneficial
