• Experienced in fullstack environment across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
• Strong experience with modern JavaScript and TypeScript development.
• Comfortable building applications with React and backend systems in Java.
• Deeply care about developer experience and intuitive API design.
• Quality mindset encompassing coding to deployment and monitoring.
• Experience with user-friendly web applications and user experience principles.
• Curious and collaborative, enjoying complex problem-solving with partners.
• Exposure to GCP, Kubernetes, gRPC, protobuf, or data pipelines.
• Comfortable leveraging AI tools to enhance workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve internal tools for developers to understand user behavior data.
• Collaborate with teams to create scalable developer experiences.
• Design and maintain APIs for Spotify’s web clients.
• Maintain JavaScript SDKs in user behavior infrastructure.
• Identify and improve friction points in developer experience.
• Contribute to backend systems for data collection and processing.
• Participate in on-call rotation for platform support.
