Job summary

Eucalyptus is building Juniper, a weight-management ecosystem, and is looking for a senior fullstack engineer to shape features across web and mobile. You will work closely with Data Science and product teams to design scalable solutions using React and Go/Node.js in a fast-paced environment.

You will contribute to frontend and backend components, mentor teammates, and help drive best practices while operating in a hybrid setup with 3 days at our London Old Street office.

Qualifications

• Strong React or frontend framework skills.
• Backend development in Go, Node.js or other languages.
• Experience with distributed systems and a balanced fullstack skillset.
• Thrives in fast-paced, iterative environments.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Build fullstack features using React + Go/Node.js for Juniper and new product lines, shaping how these features work across web and mobile.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data Science, to design product-facing solutions and make decisions on trade-offs and integration.
• Implement scalable, maintainable solutions across frontend and backend, including features for the mobile app.
• Contribute to engineering best practices and help mentor other squad members.
• Partner with product, design, and other teams to prioritize what drives real impact.
