Job summary

Wolt is seeking a Senior Full‑Stack Engineer to join the Promotions team in London. You will build scalable backend services and user‑facing tools that help merchants grow through offers, discounts, and incentives on our platform.

You will work across Kotlin, Python, Go, and React, driving complex, cross‑functional initiatives in a fast‑moving environment. You’ll collaborate with product, design, and business stakeholders, own projects end‑to‑end, and contribute to improved engineering practices

Qualifications

• Strong full‑stack engineering experience with backend and frontend focus.
• Experience building product‑facing web applications using modern stacks.
• Proven ability to own projects in ambiguous environments and drive delivery.
• Experience leading cross‑functional, cross‑team initiatives and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted development tools to speed up work.

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve end‑to‑end promotions systems across backend services and user tools.
• Design scalable backend services with Kotlin, Python, and Go.
• Develop high-quality web applications using React with a focus on usability and performance.
