• Work across backend, frontend, and cloud services to deliver end-to-end engineering solutions
• Use modern AI tools (CoPilot, OpenAI APIs, LLM-driven workflows, automation pipelines) to accelerate development
• Build and modernise full-stack applications across diverse architectures and codebases
• Contribute to high-priority product rebuilds and proof-of-concept platforms
• Collaborate with global engineering, architecture, and product teams
• Operate with autonomy—making technical decisions, unblocking problems, and driving outcomes
• Rapidly understand unfamiliar systems, languages, and frameworks as required
• Promote engineering excellence: clean architecture, CI/CD, DevOps and robust testing

My client is building a brand-new engineering team focused on delivering next-generation AI-assisted software development capabilities across a modern product ecosystem. This is a hands-on role for a pragmatic, highly experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer who thrives in fast-moving environments, loves solving complex problems, and can operate autonomously.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience as a Senior Full Stack Engineer

• Expertise in .NET/C# plus React (or similar modern JS framework)
• Experience integrating or utilising AI tools, LLM APIs or AI-assisted development workflows
• Strong cloud experience (Azure, AWS or GCP - we're cloud-agnostic)
• Solid CI/CD fundamentals (GitHub Actions, pipelines, automated testing)
• Ability to navigate unfamiliar codebases and tech stacks quickly
• Excellent communication and the confidence to make decisions independently
• Pragmatic, delivery-focused, no-ego engineering mindset
