You’ll collaborate with analysts and stakeholders, champion modern engineering practices, and explore AI/ML opportunities to transform analytical workflows in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

10+ years in full‑stack enterprise applications
Expert in Java/Springboot and/or C#/.NET
Good familiarity with Python and React
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
Strong collaboration and communication skills

Responsibilities

Deliver technical excellence and build scalable full‑stack applications using Java/Springboot, C#/.NET, Python and React
Lead architectural decisions and establish technical standards
Mentor engineers and foster a culture of experimentation and psychological safety
Drive integration of AI/ML opportunities to transform workflows
