Job summary

Winton Capital US LLC in London seeks a Senior Full Stack Developer to craft end-to-end post-trade and reporting software, combining strong backend C#/.NET with modern frontend work, and collaborating directly with business stakeholders.

You will design services, APIs and data integrations, build UIs, and own projects from requirements through deployment, while leveraging AI coding tools to boost productivity in a fast-paced financial environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, ideally in financial services or data-intensive systems.
• Strong backend capability in C#/.NET and ability to design services, APIs and data integrations.
• Competent with a modern frontend framework and able to build user-friendly UIs for non-technical users.
• Comfortable using AI coding tools as part of daily work.
• Interest in financial markets and ability to collaborate with business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve core post-trade systems including confirmations, trade support, treasury, and fund accounting.
• Design and implement backend services, APIs and data integrations.
• Build and maintain internal UIs with emphasis on performance and usability.
• Engage in requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, release and support.
• Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Support production systems and investigate issues with timely fixes.
• Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing.
