Job summary

Barclays is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join the UKCLO team in Knutsford. You will help modernise platforms by replacing fragmented legacy workflows with streamlined, digital processes and collaborate with multiple tech teams and stakeholders to align with strategic objectives.

The role requires strong back-end (Java, SpringBoot, JPA) and front-end (React, Redux) expertise, plus experience with testing, CI/CD tools, and secure coding practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and delivering scalable software in a banking IT environment.
• Strong collaboration with product managers and multiple tech teams to align solutions with business objectives.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and secure coding practices in enterprise settings.
• Familiarity with digital workflow modernization and legacy system replacement in a highly regulated sector.

Responsibilities
