Job summary

Wave Group in London is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to own features from discovery to production. You will build LLM-powered and real-time features across a modern TypeScript stack (React, Next.js, Node, NestJS) with Postgres/AWS and work directly with the founders to shape technical and product direction.

The role offers hybrid work with 3 days onsite and requires 4–9 years of experience and strong backend depth. UK right-to-work and address history are required.

Qualifications

• 4–9 years of production-scale TypeScript and React experience.
• Back-end depth with Node.js; NestJS is a plus.
• Experience building with LLMs/AI systems; startup/scale-up background.
• Right to work in the UK with clean UK address history.

Responsibilities

• Own features end to end, from discovery to production release.
• Build LLM-powered and real-time features beyond basic prompts.
• Work across a modern TS stack (React, Next.js, Node, NestJS) on Postgres/AWS.
• Collaborate with founders to influence technical and product direction.
