Steven.com is building the operating system for the creator economy. Join the Innovation and Technology Organisation to ship end-to-end products from zero to production across frontend, backend, and infrastructure, turning ambiguous problems into scalable solutions.

You will move between existing products, beta scaling initiatives, and moonshots, defining features and turning insights into robust, scalable architecture.

Qualifications

• Experience designing scalable cloud infrastructure and services.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and reliability.
• Proficient with SQL and NoSQL data stores and APIs.
• Hands-on with AI/ML in production and LLM-based apps.
• Comfortable owning systems end-to-end across stack.

Responsibilities

• Build products and systems from scratch, end to end across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
• Ship features with attention to user experience, performance, and reliability.
• Lead major technical decisions, balancing speed and quality.
• Prototype rapidly, run experiments, and iterate on feedback and signals.
• Integrate AI/ML tools and LLM-based APIs into core product experiences.
• Own production systems, debugging, and performance tuning.
