Job summary

WeDoTech is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join an ambitious InsurTech product team in Crawley. You’ll work on a mature workflow automation platform, extending AI-enabled features and shaping the Agentic SDLC.

Hybrid role: 2 days in the office per week, salary up to £95,000 with a performance bonus. You’ll combine C#/.NET backend work with a modern frontend, applying engineering judgement to AI‑driven development.

Qualifications

• Experience with C# and .NET in production environments.
• Full-stack development with modern frontend frameworks.
• Experience using AI coding assistants and agentic tools.
• Ability to review AI-generated code for quality, security and maintainability.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver end-to-end features across C#/.NET backend and frontend.
• Collaborate with Product to define and deliver the roadmap.
• Utilize AI coding and agentic tools in daily software delivery.
• Critically review AI outputs for quality, security and architectural fit.
• Write and maintain unit tests and test automation.
• Identify defects, performance bottlenecks, and technical debt.
