Job summary

Erin Associates Ltd is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join the Teesside team, with hybrid work and a focus on Python/Django. The role offers influence over technical direction and the opportunity to grow a UK team of developers.

You will build features on the Python/Django platform, work closely with customers to understand requirements, and promote clean, tested code and strong engineering practices. A 3+ year track record in similar roles is expected.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Python and Django
• A proven full stack development background including frontend work.
• AWS and CI/CD pipelines.
• RESTful APIs
• PostgreSQL or similar databases
• Agile
• Desirable – IAC, JavaScript Frameworks, AI Tools
• Relevant professional certifications and education would be desirable

Responsibilities

• Build features across the Python/Django platform and drive technical direction for the UK team.
• Collaborate with customers to understand requirements and deliver working solutions.
• Write clean, well-tested code and participate in code reviews to promote engineering best practices.
• Contribute to establishing robust engineering practices and standards for the team.
