Scrumconnect Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to lead the design and development of enterprise-scale applications. The ideal candidate will utilize the WebCAF framework and contribute to AI-driven solutions while ensuring applications are robust, scalable, and secure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development.
• Hands-on experience with WebCAF framework/platform.
• Experience in AI chatbot support or integration.
• Proficiency in frontend technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).
• Strong backend development experience (Java, .NET, Node.js, or Python).
• Experience in REST APIs and microservices.
• Knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with expertise in enterprise web application development, WebCAF framework, and AI chatbot integration/support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications while contributing to AI‑driven conversational solutions and digital transformation initiatives. The candidate should possess strong frontend and backend development skills, experience with modern architectures, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack enterprise applications using modern technologies and WebCAF framework.
• Build scalable, secure, and high‑performing backend services and APIs.
• Develop responsive and user‑friendly frontend applications.
• Support and enhance AI chatbot solutions, integrations, and conversational workflows.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
• Integrate third‑party systems, APIs, and AI/ML services where required.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide production support.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture decisions.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and performance optimisation.
• Contribute to CI/CD implementation and deployment automation.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in full‑stack development.
• Hands‑on experience with WebCAF framework/platform.
• Experience in AI chatbot support, conversational AI, or chatbot integrations.
• Proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Angular, or React.
• Strong backend development experience using Java, .NET, Node.js, or Python.
• Experience in REST APIs, microservices, and system integrations.
• Knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Strong debugging, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with AI/ML‑powered applications or NLP platforms.
• Exposure to chatbot platforms such as Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, Rasa, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
