Job summary

Colibri Digital is seeking Senior Full Stack Developers to join our client-facing team, delivering robust, scalable applications for UK/EMEA clients.

You will own end-to-end development across frontend and backend using React, Node.js, TypeScript, and AWS, with IaC using Terraform, serverless deployments, and CI/CD pipelines. Strong communication and leadership in agile client pods are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven commercial experience in a full stack role.
• Strong knowledge of event-driven architectures.
• Hands-on experience with React, React Native, Node.js, TypeScript and Angular.
• Experience building for mobile and web with modular components.
• Deep AWS IaC experience using Terraform and Lambda.
• Automation, CI/CD and familiarity with Jenkins/GitHub Actions/GitLab CI.
• Experience with REST and GraphQL APIs; containerisation with Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Client-facing, agile mindset with autonomy and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop high-performance web apps end-to-end.
• Lead IaC implementations with Terraform across client environments.
• Design and deploy serverless solutions using AWS services.
• Utilise AI-assisted tools to accelerate delivery while maintaining security.
• Build automated pipelines bridging code and infrastructure deployment.
• Mentor junior engineers and present architectural roadmaps to stakeholders.
