Job summary

Care Airo, a London-based healthcare technology company, seeks a Senior Full-Stack Developer to lead development of cloud-based applications and AI-enabled workflows. You will design scalable systems, mentor teams, and drive best practices across frontend (React) and backend (TypeScript/Node.js) stacks.

The role focuses on building secure, maintainable solutions in a fast-paced environment, integrating AI tools, and deploying via CI/CD pipelines on AWS/GCP/Azure.

Qualifications

• Experience designing large-scale software systems from evolving requirements.
• Strong cloud knowledge across AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Proficiency with TypeScript/Node.js and React frontend.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of scalable web applications and backend services using TypeScript and Node.js.
• Translate evolving business requirements into robust architectures.
• Build and manage cloud-native infrastructure on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Develop AI-assisted workflows and integrate AI tools into development processes.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
• Collaborate with product teams and leadership to deliver technical solutions.
• Ensure performance, security, and maintainability across platforms.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and best practices.
