• Senior-level experience as a Frontend or Full Stack Developer delivering production-grade digital experiences.
• Experience building modern web apps with Next.js, TailwindCSS, and TypeScript.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience addressing technical debt and improving accessibility.
• Familiarity with Agile/sprint-based development processes.

Responsibilities

• Work through prioritized technical debt within an established web application.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues independently with collaboration when needed.
• Address accessibility issues and improve overall quality and maintainability.
• Operate within an established sprint cadence from definition to completion.
• Coordinate with backend engineering, QA, and Production on priorities and delivery.
• Prepare clean pull requests with documentation and respond to review feedback.
• Surface risks, blockers, or dependencies affecting delivery.
