Job summary

Gold Group is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to lead the development of our React/TypeScript frontend. You’ll report into the CPTO and partner with product and engineering to deliver scalable, reliable UI for an AI-powered accounting-tech product used by finance teams.

Expect ownership, fast iterations, and a high-visibility role in a growing startup. The role requires strong React and TypeScript expertise, prior startup/scale-up experience, and the ability to work effectively within a small

Qualifications

Strong commercial React experience.
Strong commercial TypeScript experience.
Previous startup or scale-up experience.
Several years of professional frontend/software engineering experience at Senior Engineer level.
Experience building and maintaining production frontend applications.
Strong understanding of frontend architecture, maintainability and testing.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of frontend features and architecture within a small, fast-moving team.
Collaborate with product, engineering and leadership to shape the product direction.
Deliver reliable, scalable UI components using React and TypeScript, with tests and performance in mind.
