You will work in a fast-paced, product-focused environment, participating in releases, tests, and data-driven improvements. This role emphasizes collaboration, ownership, and impact on millions of users.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with React Native/React and TypeScript.
• Experience shipping mobile app features and a focus on UI/UX.
• Comfort with automated testing and feature flags.

Responsibilities

• Work on the React Native application to deliver engaging experiences for users.
• Write automated tests to verify code quality and reliability.
• Use AB-Tests and feature flags to iterate quickly on features.
• Analyse user journeys using data to improve the Cleo experience.
• Participate in weekly app releases to Apple/Google stores.
• Collaborate across squads to raise engineering productivity and ship-faster.
