Doccla is redefining Virtual Care with a hybrid London-based engineering team building regulated patient and clinician interfaces. You’ll ship complex, data-rich dashboards demanding absolute correctness, balancing safety with rapid delivery.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll own end-to-end delivery, drive frontend excellence, and collaborate across Product, Design, clinical teams, and engineers. You’ll explore AI tooling within a regulated context while contributing to a growing healthtech

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of React ecosystem, state management, performance, and scale.
• Commitment to accessible, intuitive interfaces for patients and clinicians.
• Ability to ship complex workflows with high data integrity.
• Experience designing queries/fragments and client-side caching with GraphQL.

Responsibilities

• Ship compliant software with robust test coverage and audit trails.
• Own end-to-end delivery from briefs to shipped features.
• Drive frontend excellence for clinical workflows using GraphQL APIs.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, clinical teams, and engineers to solve problems.
• Improve system reliability and reduce technical debt.
• Champion quality through code reviews and documentation.
