Job summary

CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking a Senior UI Engineer for the Data Platform Experiences team. You will shape data-first UI surfaces, from schema exploration to dashboards, and help define a shared frontend component language across the Data Platform.

You will collaborate with UX, backend, and platform engineers to deliver end-to-end experiences, raise frontend quality, and mentor teammates in a dynamic, security-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with TypeScript and modern JavaScript patterns for large-scale apps.
• Deep knowledge of at least one major JS framework (React, Vue, Angular, Ember or similar).
• Experience building reusable UI components with Web Components API and Lit.
• Hands-on data-visualization with charts and dashboards (amCharts, D3.js or similar).
• Strong understanding of component architecture, DI, state mgmt in large codebases.
• Experience with modern build tools (Vite, Webpack) and monorepos (Nx, Turborepo).
• Experience with frontend CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Proficiency with Git workflows in multi-repo environments.
• Focus on simple, intuitive UX for technical users.
• Experience leveraging AI to improve decision-making and workflow efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design and build data-first UI surfaces including schema exploration and dashboards.
• Contribute to a shared component language used across Data Platform surfaces.
• Collaborate with UX, backend, and platform engineers to turn primitives into consumer experiences.
• Improve frontend engineering practices: testing, pipelines, architecture, accessibility.
• Mentor engineers and participate in design reviews for customer-facing surfaces.
