Checkout.com is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead the UI implementation across our frontend touchpoints, collaborating with Product and Design to deliver a seamless experience for merchants. You will guide project priorities, ensure timely delivery, and uphold high-quality, secure frontend solutions.

You will work within a multifunctional team, embracing hybrid work with three days in the London office, and you will mentor peers while driving architectural excellence and a strong user

Qualificações

• Proficient in React and TypeScript with an eye for scalable UI architecture.
• Strong background in software design/architecture with emphasis on security.
• Experience collaborating with design and backend teams to deliver cohesive products.
• Proven track record with Continuous Integration and Deployment workflows.
• Experience developing cloud-based applications and optimizing performance.
• Customer-focused mindset with accessible, high-quality UX.
• Experience leading technical initiatives and guiding teams to delivery.
• Proficient in building reliable, testable systems with robust reliability.
• Excellent communication skills across multidisciplinary teams.
