Job summary

Synapri in London is seeking a Senior Front-End Engineer to join our software business in the investment management space. This hands-on role involves turning ideas into digital experiences and delivering projects to a high standard from day one.

You'll work on client-facing projects and our own product suite, with scope to shape the frontend roadmap, mentor juniors, and contribute technical insight across the wider business. Location: Onsite/Hybrid in central London; salary up to £100,000 (DOE).

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ commercial experience building enterprise websites or web apps.
• Proven track record delivering client-facing projects from ground up.
• Strong experience with the modern React ecosystem and design patterns.
• Solid understanding of web fundamentals and vanilla JavaScript.
• Good foundation in TypeScript and functional programming concepts.

Synapri are working with an exciting Software business operating within the Investment Management space looking to hire an experiencedSenior Front-End Engineerto join their growing team on a permanent basis.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys getting stuck into complex problems, turning ideas into digital experiences and seeing their work make a genuine impact. You’ll be expected to hit the ground running, contribute code from day one and work closely with teams across the business to deliver projects to an exceptionally high standard. You’ll work across a wide variety of client-facing projects, as well as our own growing suite of products, giving you plenty of variety and the opportunity to solve interesting technical challenges.

There’s also significant scope to take on additional responsibility — from helping shape our front-end roadmap and improving processes through to mentoring junior developers and providing technical insight across the wider business.

Location: Onsite/Hybrid in central London

Salary: up to £100,000 (DOE)

Ideal experience

• 4+ years’ commercial experiencebuilding enterprise websites or web applications
