Our Client:

A London-based interior design studio specialising in thoughtfully curated, high-end residential interiors for private clients in the UK and internationally. With a growing portfolio of luxury residential and listed building projects, the studio is now seeking a Senior FF&E Designer to join their close-knit team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced designer with strong leadership capability, a meticulous eye for detail, and a passion for delivering distinctive, design-led interiors.

This position suits a confident, quirky and creatively driven FF&E Designer who thrives in a stand-alone role and brings both strategic thinking and hands-on delivery to luxury residential interiors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead FF&E design from concept through to completion on a luxury residential building

  • Source, select, specify, and procure all FF&E, including bespoke furniture, fabrics, lighting, artwork, and accessories
  • Manage supplier quotations and procurement schedules with precision
  • Coordinate with suppliers, artisans, and workshops to ensure exceptional quality and timely delivery
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations, including mood boards, sample trays, and detailed specification packs
  • Work collaboratively with the architectural and interior design teams to ensure FF&E integrates seamlessly
  • Attend client meetings, site visits, and installations as required
  • Maintain and develop the studio's materials and supplier library

  • Strong knowledge of luxury suppliers, bespoke furniture makers, and artisans (UK & international)
  • Listed building experience preferred
  • Exceptional eye for detail, materiality, and craftsmanship
  • Proven experience managing FF&E budgets and procurement processes
  • Highly organised, with the ability to work independently and take full ownership of a project
  • Confident communicator with polished, client-facing presentation skills
  • Proficient in InDesign, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office
  • Vectorworks (2D) experience required
  • Experience using Rhino, Enscape, and Blender is beneficial
  • Final 3D software to be confirmed based on client preference
  • Experience with FF&E procurement software is advantageous
