Calnex Solutions is seeking an experienced FP&A leader to shape the financial planning and strategic direction as the business grows. Reporting to the CFO, you will partner with the SLT and Boards to drive insights for commercial decisions and long‑term strategy.
You will own budgeting, forecasting and KPI development while leading FP&A improvements and mentoring the Data Analyst. A strong finance partner with AI awareness is essential.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced FP&A leader to join Calnex Solutions and play a key role in shaping and supporting the financial planning and strategic direction of the business as it grows and diversifies into new markets. Reporting directly to the CFO, the role will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team, providing the insight and challenge needed to support key commercial and investment decisions. With broad exposure across the organisation, the role will partner with leaders across Sales, Operations, R&D, Products and Marketing, helping to drive performance, support growth initiatives and influence long‑term strategy.
