Job summary

Beauty Pie in London seeks a senior Commercial Finance & Insights professional to own the FP&A reporting engine and lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis. You will prepare board-ready decks, run scenario modelling, and partner with channel owners across Amazon, TikTok Shop and DTC to drive pricing, investments and performance.

You will shape the data model, automate budget processes, and lead cross-functional projects in a fast-growing luxury beauty business.

Qualifications

• Experience leading FP&A reporting engines and data-driven decision support.
• Proven ability to own budgeting, forecasting and quarterly re-forecasts.
• Strong storytelling with financial and non-financial data for board decks.
• Lead scenario modelling and ad hoc analysis with senior leadership.
• Collaborative partner to budget owners and accounting teams.

Job Responsibilities

As a key member of our Commercial Finance & Insights team, you'll play a pivotal role in turning complex data into actionable insights, ensuring we’re always ahead of the game. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-rich environment and is ready to make a real impact.

Core FP&A

• Own and maintain the FP&A reporting engine in terms of optimising reporting workflows and accurate and timely reporting.
• Own the budgeting & forecasting process, including the annual budget (P&L and cash flow), quarterly re-forecasts, and monthly revenue updates.
• Own the preparation of key business performance review outputs, leveraging both financial and non-financial data to identify the key drivers of performance.
• Own the preparation of investor board decks, delivering clear and compelling strategic and financial narratives.
• Lead scenario modelling, ad hoc analysis and reporting alongside the Commercial Finance Director, across pricing, channel expansion and investment decisions.

Commercial ownership and partnering

• Own the commercial performance of our omnichannels: Amazon, TikTok Shop, concession and first-party retail alongside DTC; building the channel economics and business partnering the channel owners directly.
• Partner with budget owners and the management accounting team to proactively identify risks & opportunities, and alert on any material business risks and opportunities.

Systems, process and change

• Architect the tooling this business reports and plans on — the data model, what gets automated, and how budget holders actually use it. Whether that means getting far more out of our existing Google Sheets estate, or taking a dedicated FP&A planning platform through implementation and adoption, you'll own the design and keep pushing what it can do.
• Lead cross-functional projects to support the development of our fast-growing business.
